Inga A. Polyak, M.D. is a Board Certified Physician. She practices Cosmetic Medicine and has been trained by the Meso Aesthetics Training Institute, directed by Samuel M. Lam, M.D., a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon and a National Botox trainer.
Dr. Polyak also received training from Mark I. Degen, D.D.S., M.D., a Board Certified Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon who has received extensive cosmetic training.
Dr. Inga A. Polyak was raised in San Francisco, California. She attended Creighton University School of Medicine in Omaha, Nebraska where she received her Doctor of Medicine degree in 1996.
After graduation, she completed a year of Internship at the University of Kansas Medical Center in Kansas City, Kansas. Dr. Polyak finished her residency training at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, California in 2000. She engaged in private practice in Los Angeles, California until October of 2005, at which time she moved to Las Vegas, Nevada.
Dr. Polyak has achieved outstanding academic and clinical distinction in both medical school and residency. Her honors and awards include the American Medical Women’s Association Student Leadership Award, the Frank J. Menolascino Award for the Outstanding Student and the Student Teaching Award from the University of Kansas Medical Center.
Dr. Polyak has always been drawn to the arts. She enjoys painting, ballroom dancing, cycling and travel. Her unique interests inspire attention to detail and unveil her natural talent for beauty. She is very thorough, combining her training, knowledge and love of the arts to strive for perfection in her work.
She offers a distinctive approach to Facial Aesthetics in that all cosmetic procedures are specifically tailored to address her patient’s desires and their physical attributes to achieve their ultimate aesthetic goals.
