Thank you for choosing Red Rock Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery Centre. We are committed to providing you with state of the art treatment in a professional and caring environment.

Immediately upon your arrival to our office, our receptionist will cheerfully great you and ask if you have completed our health history questionnaire and preliminary information sheet. You may complete these in advance on this website as a courtesy to you so that you may utilize your time more efficiently. Please allow additional time at our office (approx. 30 minutes) should you be unable to fill out the forms prior to your visit. If you have any questions or concerns we will gladly assist you when you arrive.

After reviewing the health history questionnaire, the doctor will perform a pre-surgical evaluation to determine your treatment needs. A current digital radiograph will be a critical part of your evaluation. Other tests may be necessary in certain cases to assist in diagnosis. After deciding on treatment, if necessary, you will receive pre-operative instructions.

Financing options will be discussed with our treatment coordinator. Should your insurance cover part of your treatment, we will assist in submitting the appropriate forms so as to maximize your coverage.
